We loved the hotel's location, which was very close to Hakata station. It was easy to walk to the hotel within 5 minutes from the station. Additionally, the hotel had great transportation options as subways and buses were nearby. Also, the staff was friendly, spoke English fluently, and eager to help. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were commendable as well.

Receptionist is very kind. Very good location 2~3minutes by walk from the station. Fare is very reasonable. Free wifi in the lobby.

Amazing Christmas experience! The decorations and festive atmosphere at this hotel were fantastic. The rooms were cozy and nicely decorated, with a lovely view of the city. Plus, the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby were a great touch. The location was also perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants just a few steps away. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The room was a bit small and cramped, especially since we had a lot of luggage with us. , the breakfast was okay but could have been better.

The language barrier might be an issue, but the staff is friendly and willing to communicate despite it. the shower curtain is not very practical, but it does not affect the overall stay.
